Sealife Manchester transports Japanese Spider Crabs with our new carrier
Recently we were asked by the Sealife group to design a Japanese Spider Crab Carrier.
The device that we developed comprises of a steel outer frame, a collapsible canvas outer bag, and waterproof inner bag - which holds a 1000 litres of water.
The frame can be moved by forklift, and the outer bag can be lifted out of the frame by means of a hoist.
We’re delighted to have been able to make this carrier in time. It has been successfully used to move 2 individuals to Sealife Manchester.
